  I. Who processes and is responsible for your personal data?

Vita Club EOOD (hereinafter referred to as “La Vita”, “we”) is the company registered in the Commercial Register and the Register of Non-Profit Legal Entities with the Registry Agency with UIC 203571508, which collects, processes and stores your personal data under the terms of this Privacy Policy and which operates the activities of La Vita Restaurant.

II. Categories of personal data we process:

  • Identification data - name and surname, PIN (only if you request the issuance of an invoice in your name as an individual);

  • Contact details - e-mail, phone number;

  • Statistics - IP address; pages visited; identifiers stored in cookies locally at the user of the Site, information about the browser / information system.

  • Financial information (only if you have requested the issuance of an invoice in your name as an individual) - bank account, VAT registration, etc. required by applicable accounting or tax legislation.

  • Data on the legal representative or proxy of the legal entity - the above data may also be collected for the representatives of the legal entity, if the services are provided to the legal entity and / or if an invoice for the legal entity is required.

  • Reservation data: data from the reservation - day and time of the visit to the restaurant La vita, number of persons.

III. Channels through which information and personal data are collected / Source of personal data:

1. The provision of your personal data is completely voluntary by you, through:

  • The Online Booking Form on the Site;

  • Site Inquiry Form;

  • When contacting us on the phone number listed on the Site;

  • Entering data in the Book of Praise and Complaints, located on site at the restaurant La vita;

We do not require personal data to be entered in the Commendation Book. You can introduce yourself only with your first name or pseudonym, or you may not provide any individual information at all. In case you provide personal data, you give us consent for their processing for the purposes of analysis and administration of the circumstances entered in the book. This consent may be withdrawn at any time.

  • When requesting an invoice for the services used in your name or in the name of the legal entity you represent;

  • When submitting a signal, complaint or other communication to us.

     

2. We may process data (most of which do not qualify as personal data) prepared and generated by us in the process of providing the services:

  • data on the final electronic communications device used, the type of device, the operating system used, IP address, location;

  • reservation data;

  • Information about visits to the Site and the use of the Site, including operations and history of use of the Site;

  • Video when visiting the restaurant La Vita;

 

IV. For what purposes do we use your personal data?

The main activity of La vita is the operation of the restaurant La Vita, located in Ahtopol, 4 Trakia Street and providing services through it. We process your personal data in order to provide you with quality services and a pleasant experience in the La Vita restaurant. Our site, in turn, supports the provision of these services and enables us to reach more people.

Pre-booking at La Vita Restaurant is not a prerequisite for enjoying the atmosphere and dishes, but it guarantees that on the day and time you want you will have a table prepared for you, after confirmation by us of the Your reservation. You are welcome to visit the restaurant without a reservation, in which case it will not be necessary to collect or process any information about you, incl. and personal data.

 

V. Legal basis for processing your personal data:

  • for concluding or fulfilling contracts with us (expressed in the provision by us and your use of our services) or in connection with the preparation for concluding contracts with us;

  • to fulfill our legal obligations in connection with your order - such as: obligations in connection with our activities; processing and administration of your complaints, signals, complaints and compliments; communication with competent authorities in connection with a signal or complaint submitted by you; tax and social security control by the relevant competent authorities; fulfillment of financial obligations, etc .;

  • to protect our legitimate interests:

    • when using the contact form and the contact phone: facilitating access to our services and improving the quality of service;

    • when processing and administering your complaints, signals, grievances - improving the quality of service;

    • In video recording: ensuring the protection of property and security of us and our customers and visitors.

  • Your explicit consent - when entering your data in the Book of Praise and Complaints;

 

VI. How long do we store your data?

We store your personal data for the minimum required by law and in accordance with the Regulations after the date of the booked visit.

In the case of personal data processed for the purpose of administering a signal, complaint, complaint or other verification, the personal data will be processed for a period sufficient for the purposes of the investigation, but not earlier than the date of final completion of the procedure. force act, if any).

Personal data processed for the purpose of issuing accounting / financial documents for tax and social security control, as well as not only - issuing invoices, debit, credit notices, are stored for the period provided for storage of these documents in applicable law.

Data from video recordings from security cameras - up to 6 months from the creation of the recording.

Personal data may be stored for a longer period than indicated above in the event of a legal dispute until its final resolution by an effective court / arbitration award.

Personal data entered in the book of praise and complaints shall be stored until the end of January of the year following the calendar year in which they are entered or until the withdrawal of consent.  (if it occurs earlier).

 

VII. Where do we store your data?

The data we collect from you are stored within the European Union and the European Economic Area ("EEA"), and currently they are stored only in the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Based on the information available at the date of this notification, we (as the Data Controller) do not transfer your personal data outside the European Union.

Any changes to the information above will be reflected by a change to this Privacy Policy.

 

VIII. Categories of third parties that may access and process your personal data

Your personal data provided to third parties is only used to provide the services described in this Policy.

  • Persons who, on behalf of the data controller, maintain equipment and software used to process your personal data, as well as those providing data storage services on an external server (so-called cloud services);

  • Banks and financial institutions servicing payments made by you;

IX. Your Rights in connection with the processing of your personal data

At any time while storing or processing your personal data, you have the following rights:

  • request from us a copy of your personal data and the right to access your personal data at any time, as well as provide information on why we process them;

  • request that we correct, without undue delay, your inaccurate personal data as well as data that is no longer up to date;

  • subject to certain preconditions, to request from us your personal data in a form convenient for transfer to another personal data controller, or to ask us to do so without being hindered by us (right of portability);

  • request that we delete your personal data without undue delay if there are any legal grounds for doing so;

  • ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data, in which case your data will only be stored but not processed. Our refusal to limit will be explicit only in writing, and we are obliged to motivate it with a legitimate reason;

  • to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time with a separate request addressed to us, when the processing is based on a given consent;

  • to object to the processing of your personal data, in cases where the processing is based on our legitimate interest, and when your objection is justified, we will stop the processing of your personal data;

 

  1. You have the right to appeal to the supervisory authority

In connection with the processing of your personal data by us, you have the right to file a complaint  to the supervisory body, the competent body being the Commission for Personal Data Protection, address: Sofia 1592, Blvd. "Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov ”№ 2 (www.cpdp.bg).

  1. Automated decision making

We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making, including profiling, which has legal consequences for you or significantly affects you.

  1. How to exercise your rights?

4.1. If you have any questions or wish to exercise your rights regarding the processing of your personal data for any of the purposes or cases of processing listed in this Privacy Policy, you can contact us at the following coordinates:

4.2. Requests addressed to Vita Club EOOD in accordance with this policy must contain at least the following:

- name, address and other data for identification of the respective natural person;

- description of the request;

- preferred form of information provision;

- signature, date of submission of the application and address for correspondence.

4.3. We answer all questions, signals and complaints of data subjects in accordance with the rules of applicable law. Please note that before we respond to your complaint, we are required to identify the person who filed the complaint in order to verify their rights to file it.

4.4. We will inform you of our response and of the measures taken without undue delay, but in any case no later than 30 days from the receipt of the complaint.

4.5 Vita Club EOOD notifies in writing the natural person who has submitted the request for its satisfaction or motivatedly refuses to satisfy the request. The notification is sent by Vita Club EOOD  to the natural person in the specified preferred way of providing the information, and if there is no such by mail with a return receipt or in person against a signature.

  1. Can you refuse to provide personal data and what are the consequences?

The processing of your personal data is based on your voluntary provision of data. You can take advantage of the services of the Restaurant without providing personal data by visiting it on site. However, if you want to take advantage of some of the ancillary services (such as booking a table in advance) or wish to exercise your right to complain, report or complain or be issued an invoice, in these cases we need your personal data to to identify the party making the request and application and to be able to respond to your requests.
